柳丁原汁1 cup
1 tbsp 柳丁皮
1/4 cup 淡醬油
1 teaspoon 鹽
3 個蒜碎
1 tbsp黑糖
3 tbsp蔬菜油
4 副雞胸肉剖半再切成方塊2.54cm
175gx4=700g大約
2 tbsp中粉
1 cup 豆芽 (optional)
1 (6
ounce) package crispy chow mein noodles
Directions
小碗拌勻〈柳丁汁+柳丁皮+醬油+鹽+蒜碎+黑糖〉
熱油把雞肉炒至8分熟,肉變白
加醬一起煮至起泡泡
麵粉分次加入至所需的濃度
加豆芽炒1min
不用麵粉用太白粉勾芡也可以
