咖哩味噌牛乳義大利麵
Miso Curry Milk Pasta Recipe

Miso, curry, and milk make a great
all-purpose sauce, so I made pasta. The sauce mixes very well with the pasta
and it was a delicious dish that was also very easy to make. I recommend it!

The trick is to make the pasta in a large
batch (lol)
It's okay if you poor in too much milk, but
you should add in the miso and curry little by little and taste as you do so so
the flavor is not too strong.
Pasta150g
味噌2T
咖哩粉2T或一小塊
全脂牛奶2杯
洋蔥絲1/2個
鴻喜菇2球
培根6片切小塊
菠菜或青花,地瓜葉,
奶油
※ You can use
other veggies and mushrooms
※ 脫脂牛奶不適用
煮麵;水1L
and salt11g 本食譜至少3~4L
麵煮9分熟,拿起在sauce裏再煮就熟了
洋蔥切絲,培根切小塊
鴻喜菇撥散
少許油熱鍋,炒培根,再放入洋蔥絲拌炒
加鴻喜菇略炒,倒入牛奶
加咖哩粉,味噌放入小漏杓再浸入湯內用湯匙背部攪開
大火收汁,加菠菜拌勻。關火, 將一小塊奶油拌至溶化
先試吃再決定要不要調味
菇會釋疑出植物膠,麵的澱粉會和牛奶結合
奶油更強化sauce的穩定性
大白菜也可以,也有膠質,但要煮久一點。山藥因為可以生吃,所以起鍋前拌入即成
