腣膀1個600g
啤酒1C up
蜂蜜1/4 cup
鹽1T
黑胡椒少許
蒜頭6顆
parsley root巴西里根
leek大蔥
carrot紅蘿蔔
bay leaf 月桂葉
Instructions:
啤酒+蜂蜜拌勻備用
大鍋裝水除了〈啤酒+蜂蜜〉加豬腳和全部材料小火加蓋煮1h至入味且爛
用筷子插最厚的地方
看豬腳大小煮的時間會不同
久煮可以入味,所以不用醃漬
烤盤刷點油放入豬腳golonka用利刃劃多一點刀口以便glaze進入
淋下glaze〈啤酒+蜂蜜〉200度烤30m in,每10m in澆淋烤汁
配黃芥末或辣根醬烤馬鈴薯
